All training is conducted in West Haven, Utah, with a fixed fee of $200 per night, which includes one hour of training at our business location. Following this training, participants may choose to travel to Wendover, Nevada, to apply the skills learned during the session. Important Notice: 1. No Gambling in Utah: Cash Casino Nights does not engage in, promote, or condone any gambling activities within the State of Utah. The services provided are strictly limited to training and education on casino games and are not intended to involve any form of betting, wagering, or gambling within Utah state limits. 2. Personal Responsibility for Activities in Nevada: Cash Casino Nights is not responsible for any activities, including gambling, that participants may choose to engage in once they leave the state of Utah and travel to Nevada. Any gambling or betting that occurs in Nevada is undertaken solely at the participant's discretion and risk. 3. No Guarantees of Earnings: Cash Casino Nights makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the potential for any earnings, winnings, or losses resulting from the training provided or any subsequent gambling activities undertaken by participants. 4. Assumption of Risk: By participating in our training session and choosing to travel to Nevada, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with gambling, including but not limited to financial losses. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy - Cash Casino Parties We understand that unexpected events can arise, so we offer flexible options for cancellations and reschedules. However, due to the preparation required for events, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes. Cancellations: - Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund of the rental fee (minus the non-refundable deposit). - Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit 50% of the booking. Reschedules: - Reschedule requests with more than 24 hours notice will be accommodated subject to availability. No additional fees will be charged. - Reschedule requests with less than 24 hours notice will be accommodated subject to availability. However, a reschedule fee of $25.00 will be applied to cover additional administrative costs. Important Notes: - This cancellation and reschedule policy applies to the entire rental period, including set-up and breakdown times. - We encourage you to communicate any potential changes as soon as possible to avoid any fees. - In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., severe weather), we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.
